Where is my order confirmation?

A confirmation email is sent after checkout. If you do not see it, check spam or promotions folders and make sure the checkout email was typed correctly. Contact support with your name and checkout email if you still cannot find it.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent after the order has been prepared and the parcel is handed to the fulfillment route. A new tracking number may take extra time to show carrier movement.

Why does my tracking not update immediately?

Some carriers do not show every early handoff scan. Tracking often becomes clearer after the first major carrier scan or after the parcel reaches the destination country.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will try to help. Once a parcel is in transit, address changes may no longer be possible.

What if my package is marked delivered but missing?

Check the mailbox, porch, parcel locker, reception desk, neighbours, and any safe place used by local carriers. If it is still missing, contact us with the order number and tracking number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send your order number and clear photos of the item, package, and shipping label. We review damage issues case by case for replacement or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Our current fulfillment focus is the United States, United Kingdom, and Germany. Other destinations may require review depending on route availability and local delivery rules.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

Some destinations may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers and are outside Vana Soul's direct control.

Can I return a necklace or rune set because I changed my mind?

Contact support before sending anything back. Symbolic goods and small jewelry are reviewed case by case, and return eligibility depends on condition, timing, and order details.

How should I care for rune jewelry?

Keep it dry, avoid perfume and lotions, wipe gently after wear, and store it separately. Follow the product page when item-specific care is shown.

Are Vana Soul rune meanings guaranteed historical facts?

No. Product and guide pages use historically cautious wording. Modern ritual language is presented as contemporary interpretation, not as a proven ancient guarantee.

Can a rune necklace protect me or change my life?

No object can guarantee safety, love, money, or life outcomes. Vana Soul pieces are symbolic reminders for intention, boundary, memory, and personal meaning.

How do you decide what product facts to publish?

We only publish product facts that can be supported by product records, variant data, or direct product documentation. If a premium material, size, or treatment is not confirmed, we do not claim it.

Are natural stones, wood, or antique-style finishes identical every time?

No. Natural and antique-style items can have slight variation in tone, texture, grain, or surface finish. That variation should not change the intended use of the item.
