Track Your Order
Your order-status link is sent by email after checkout. Once your parcel ships, a tracking number is added to the order and sent to the same email address.
If the number is very new, tracking may show no movement until the first carrier scan appears.
How tracking works
- Order placed: you receive a confirmation email with your Shopify order-status page.
- Order prepared: your item is checked, packed, and handed to the fulfillment route selected for your destination.
- Order shipped: a tracking number is attached to your Shopify order and sent by email.
- In transit: tracking updates appear after carrier scans. Some routes show fewer early scans and then update later in the journey.
- Delivered: if the carrier marks a parcel delivered but you cannot find it, check nearby delivery spots first, then contact us.
When to contact us
- You never received an order confirmation email.
- Your tracking number has shown no update for several business days after shipping.
- Your tracking says delivered but the parcel is missing.
- Your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.
What to include
Send your order number, checkout email, and tracking number if available. For delivery or damage issues, photos of the package and label help us review faster.
