We want your order to arrive as described and in wearable or giftable condition. If something is wrong, contact us with clear details so we can review it fairly.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery for order issues

• An item damaged on arrival.
• A wrong item, color, or variant.
• A missing item from a multi-item order.
• A package marked delivered that cannot be located after checking nearby delivery spots.
• A product condition issue that makes the item unusable as intended.

Change-of-mind returns

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back.
• The item must be unused, unworn, clean, and in original condition.
• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is normally the customer's responsibility unless local law says otherwise.
• Original shipping fees and express fees may not be refundable once the order has shipped.

What we may offer

• Replacement, when the issue is clear and inventory or route availability allows it.
• Refund, when replacement is not suitable or the order issue is confirmed.
• Additional review steps, when the carrier or address information needs to be checked first.

Items we may not be able to refund

• Normal color or texture variation in stone, wood, bead, or antique-style finishes.
• Minor measurement differences that do not change the product's intended use.
• Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat, cleaning chemicals, or heavy wear after delivery.
• Orders with an incorrect address entered at checkout after the parcel has already shipped.

• Photos of the item, outer packaging, inner packaging, and shipping label when relevant.
